Her Excellency Nadia Al Saeed was appointed CEO of Bank Al Etihad in 2008 after
\na successful role as Strategy Advisor at McKinsey & Company to develop a new
\ngrowth strategy for the bank.
\nPrior to Bank Al Etihad, H.E. had a distinguished career in the banking sector,
\nassuming numerous roles, last of which was Head of Corporate Banking. Her
\nExcellency also led the successful launch of Bank Al Etihad\u2019s Women\u2019s Market
\nProgram in 2014 under the name of \u2018Shorouq\u2019.
\nPreviously, she served as Jordan\u2019s Minister of Information and Communications
\nTechnology ICT and the Ministry\u2019s Secretary General from 2003-2006, greatly
\ncontributing to the development of the ICT sector in the country.
\nH.E. has several accolades to her credit including \u2018the Most Powerful Arab
\nBusinesswomen\u2019 (2014-2018) by Forbes Middle East and the \u2018Best Woman in the
\nCorporate Sector in MENA\u2019 by The AmCham MENA Regional Council. She was also
\nvoted as one of the \u2018Most Powerful Women\u2019 in Jordan by Jordan Business Magazine
\n2014.
\nShe holds an MBA degree from the American University of Cairo and a BA degree in
